Quick question....I'm working on my application for R3. It appears that there is very little to the application itself....do they place a larger emphasis on the resume? I'm wondering because I've refined my resume several times to get it to fit on one page....the version I've been using for MBA apps doesn't have any extracurricular activities or awards. Since they specifically ask for those on their resume prompt, are they expecting multi-page resumes? How many of ya'll went with 2-3 page resumes for the Foster app?

Mine was at least 3 pages. For every school I've applied to, it has varied on what I have to spend the most time on. For Foster, the resume took some time, since they ask for every job since graduating high school. I had to recall job duties from summer temp work ten years back.
I think because they directly ask for so much info, do not concern yourself with staying at 1 page. I knew it wasn't possible for me - how do you put 14 years of undergrad, part time, and full time employment on a single page??

I attended an application workshop this fall. We were told you should extend your resume to multiple pages as necessary. They said that the resume is an underutilized piece in many applicant's profiles. Good luck!
