Being waitlisted at Wharton is like being in an unhealthy relationship. Can't Wharton have the decency to give us some closure? Summer waitlist here too.

So looking ahead.....what are the requirements for re-applicants? Do we need to do all the standard essays plus the re-app essay, or just the re-app essay? And I assume recommendations need to be sent again? Can't wait for July when I get the final dagger.

The fact that there have been zero verified admits either from round 3 or the WL today makes me think that adcom was simply not ready to make any decisions today for whatever reason. That would explain why they rolled EVERYONE over to the summer WL...

summer waitlist also after R2 app and WL

i never thought I'd say this but... I kind of wish they accepted SOMEONE from the R2 WL?! How can there be no reports of acceptances here? (or better yet... dings?!)

Looks like I'll be having to put that deposit down at Columbia...

This reflects poorly on Wharton. For such a pedigreed school to have so many on the WL (it looks like no one got dinged today) makes no sense. Maybe they havent been able to finish evaluating the whole pool. I am shocked at how many of us are still on the WL

count another one on the summer WL...I'm international which means there is zero chance I can attend classes in August given how long it takes to get a US visa --of course this assumes I get in at all.

I guess it's my fault for only applying to 2 schools. I'll be taking this time to revitalize my app and hopefully deliver a better application later this year. Wharton Round 1, class of 2014, here I come baby. Thanks to all on this thread for the company and support and good luck to you all in your future endeavorers.

Summer WL too... very odd no one has a change in update. I'm still remaining on the WL, but the longer I wait the more likely I'm gonna matriculate at CBS.

Hey MatGMAT7, what are your thoughts about choosing between Tepper and Johnson if Wharton does not happen? I am in the same position. Of course it all depends on your career goals and personal preferences, but in general terms what do you think about choosing between those two schools?
