Although I have been telling myself not to have much hope with Wharton from the get-go, I am still really nervous and antsy today. :?

As for timing, dunno. Might be as early as 3PM EST or even noon, hard to say. If last year's thread is any indication, it will update first on the ApplyWeb page (the green text that currently says "Submitted" will change to say "Invited to Interview" or "Waitlisted" or something else), and then an e-mail will come later.
