However, where I think that you might have fallen a bit short is the impact & narrative part of your essays and in your overall profile. With such an industry background, apart from your achievements and leadership examples, you need to justify your "Why MBA" and add elements of how an MBA could further help create a difference or a positive impact in people's lives!
