Not for profit.they used to and I think still do heavily subsidize/provide debt forgiveness for alumni loans that go into non profit work which typically is on the lower end of your "average post mba starting salary". Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Not planning on going into NFP so my knowledge on this is limited. Posted from my mobile device

They still subsidize it and there is also still a internship fund to help those students out who decide to take non-profit internships. Yale is very mission-driven and their mission is educating leaders for business and society . I don't see a reason why they would try to rid themselves from their image; it's one of their differentiating factors.

Consortium Round 2 Applicant. Waitlisted yesterday. Hoping it has to do with the fact that I ranked SOM second of the two consortium schools that I applied to and not because they view me as a poor candidate...

The ranking has nothing to do with your admission, but more with the fellowships given. A friend of mine got into his 6th ranked school through the Consortium.
