Your question should probably be about your likelihood of getting in, rather than if you can apply.
So, answering the likelihood question:
1. It's going to be challenging
2. In order to reduce the challenges, and increase your likelihood, you should try and show your being exceptional at as many data points as possible (including GMAT/GRE)
3. Further, if you have a story that can justify the gap/s, align your career plans well, and most importantly, can convince the AdCom to champion for you, assuming your rest of the profile is strong, you may even look at Top 20 schools.

Hello guys, with almost 3 years experiences in assistant accounting and 10 years gap but 3 years in related field and 7y not related, a bachelor degree in accounting can I apply for MBA ? And by attending to events related to MBA can they wave GMAT ?
