I believe there is no grand rules to how many bullet points per employee If they show impact , achievements and leadership.

It is just important to note that it is boxed into one page. It is really possible for applicant who haven’t work in so many places .

Fair and I agree. But let’s not pretend every 17-bullet resume is a leadership manifesto. Sometimes it’s just well-dressed space eatery.

I honestly get your point , but I am careful we don’t box people into fit for all box with some of these things.

Applicants are expected to be authentic. I know someone who submitted a 3 pages job application resume with less than 7 years experience and he got a full ride.

Which school

May be other parts of his app were really outstanding
3 paged i haven’t ever heard or seen after talking to so many xyz.
1.5 is required for exec mba.
Some schools even explicitly mention 1 paged resume.

and this is not boxing
One cant go around writing 1000 words when just 1/2 is asked.
All schools are tending towards shorter and shorter word count
As everyone is now aiming for high degree specificity and no fluff.
