Congratulations, will you share your interview experience?

I had a Skype interview (international applicant) with an alumni.
The questions were the typical ones, nothing new (just google a little bit and you'll see), although I struggled with a few questions like "what are the aspects of leadership you struggle the most with?" or "name three strengths and weaknesses" (I thought this question was outdated). Or "name 2 aspects that your colleagues would highlight from you". Be prepared to share you resume in a way in which not only describes "what" you did, but "why" you did whatever is in there.
Other important thing to mention is that the interview dynamic was really friendly and easy-going. The interviewer would give me permanent feedback to my answers (such as "oh great") and help me keep the answers flowing, not like some job interview in which you don't get any sense of how well are you doing.
I think that the interview is oriented in getting to know you at a more personal level and how likable are you, not trying to evaluate your skills or your work experience. I read somewhere that the main question that the interviewer should ask him/herself is "would I enjoy drinking a cup of coffee with this person?"
good luck!
