Hey Guys, Please help. My fee waiver finally got processed this morning. While submitting the transcripts, I uploaded my undergrad transcript successfully. When I tried submitting my post-grad transcript, it gave the following error after clicking submit button on the preview page: There are no documents that you are able to upload for the application that you have selected. (ADNPDOCG, XNDG) Now when I check MyStatus page, Although your college transcript reflecting coursework through Spring 2016 has been successfully uploaded, it needs to be reviewed by the Graduate and International Admissions Center. This process may take 2 - 3 business days. . So weird!!! shall I drop a mail to the adcom now?

The portal redirects you to the page which doesnt actually state that your transcript has been uploaded successfully. But then you go to homepage and look out for the text “under review…..” . So,it’s fine and relax now for their approval

Absolutely bro, that's what happened with my undergrad transcript. It redirected me to the starting page where the portal asked If I want to submit any other transcripts. When I uploaded my post-grad transcript and clicked submit button, it showed me this error and now under review it mentions uploaded successfully.

Hello, you will have to reach out to Admissions. What you should have done was merge all transcripts and certificates into one pdf doc and then uploaded. Please email them. Posted from my mobile device

Hello, I did merge all the relevant documents of my undergrad together and submitted. The portal was giving me an option of uploading documents for my post-grad separately as a bullet point, since they wanted the required transcripts school wise. You saying I should have merged post grad transcript also with under-grad under the first header and submitted? Have dropped them an email for now

Let's see what they say. Don't fret, I'm sure they will suggest a solution. Try refreshing the GIAC portal in a few hours even if they have not replied. Your transcripts may have been rejected with an opportunity to re-upload. From what I read of the transcripts upload instructions, what I understood was that all transcripts be merged, only numbered. Undergrad Transcripts>> Undergrad Cert>> Grad Transcripts>>> Grad Cert.
