What's your undrgraduate course? If no quant in it, you can rewrite GMAT/GRE to improve your score.

Also, you can update the Adcom on new projects you're handling or any new role.

My internet froze while submitting the video interview written question, so I couldn’t edit or write completely. Is it fine if I ask for retake ?

I think it depends on what you've written so far. If you've answered the question, then no need to retake.

There's an avenue to practise before the main assessment. You can explore that option to get acquainted with the assessment.

I think 2 interview questions and 1 essay.
