On the quantnet thread, applicants have indicated they've been invited for interviews primarily in China. Today, there are confirmations of London and Cambridge. Not sure how the process is structured, but it doesn't seem like a lot of US citizens have gotten invites. I presume anyone from the Americas selects or is offered Cambridge as an interview location.
