Hello Friends,
I am going to interview with Jim Kraanzcsuch today. This is my second interview. I am really anxious seeing debriefs for some of the folks who interview with him. Does anybody have any pointers on interviewing with him?
Things like,
1. Points to stay clear of?
2. Questions to be asked at the end of the interview.
3. Points that should be highlighted?
Any help is highly appreciated.

Good luck today! The biggest advice I can give is have a pretty clear vision of your career goals that you can articulate during your interview and be able to say why an MBA from Georgia Tech will help you achieve them. When Jim asks "why do you want to get an MBA right now?", you should have a good answer ready for that.
In terms of questions to ask, try to ask a question or two that show you've done your research about the program.
Also, if your application has any possible weak spots, have a talking point or two ready when asked during the interview. For example, I job-hopped a little after undergrad, but I had a solid response prepared when asked about it on my interview.

Anuj200291, exactly this. He is a no-nonsense kind of guy and there is really no way you're going to be able to hide any weaknesses in your profile. He will confront you about them and you will have to address them outright. Honestly, out of all my interviews, this was the most career-intensive. Do not get flustered or otherwise shaken from his extremely direct questions. He's looking for candidates that he can put in front of potential employers with confidence.
