I was in the same situation. I chose a different point of view for each answer. For the essay, I gave a more detailed answer focusing on specific actions I took and was planning to take. On the Forté part, I talk about more generic actions and how they fit into my engagement toward gender equity.

Hi, just wanted to check, has Simon stopped sending out interview invites for round 2 applicants?

I guess yes. All can be done is lets hope for best. 3 weeks after submission and no interview invite is probably a dinge. but again cant say anything as they recieve very high no. of applications and R2 by itself is highly competetive

Oh, just read previous chat from R1. Some people did get invited after 1 month of deadline, so yea I guess 1 more week we have. Let’s hope for the best. Good luck

I guess engagement should help. I tried reaching out to couple of student ambassadors but I din get a response. If we have seminar coming up maybe we should enroll in that. It might help.
