In an event that was hosted before the R1 deadline, KF's Career Center had spoken at length and also shared the Class of 2021 employment outcomes. They said it would be updated on their website soon but it has not yet been updated.
Does anyone remember the stats? Or did anyone happen to take a screenshot?

Your job designation and information provided by your company about your day-to-day role will help prove that.

Yes, consulting is a quant-heavy job in general but paperwork will have to be submitted by UNC stating that the MBA is STEM and your employer stating that you will be work in a quant-heavy role. All MBAs at UNC are STEM by default I believe.
