Congratulations! I got regular questions like why mba, why Kenyan Flagler, how previous experience contributes to KF. I also got quite a few leadership questions like: experience of dealing with an ethical dilemma at work; multi- tasking experience; leadership style; what motivates me most, etc.

I can vouch for this. My experience was similar. My interview was one directional and not conversational. But I ensured put my best foot forward.

Well, I did have a lot of leadership questions, but my interview was completely conversational. I felt like talking to my senior. It was my best interview experience out of all the schools.

Well, I did have a lot of leadership questions, but my interview was completely conversational. I felt like talking to my senior. It was my best interview experience out of all the schools.

I was a waitlist candidate. So idk. But won’t say I didn’t like my interview. It was fun.

Experience: 4 years into Analytics, financial research
But i have spent like around 6 months on essay edits and resume making as how you present your case is the major differentiator.

But i would say focus on your quantitative ability, don’t stress out, give your time on essays & presentation.

But i also think it depends on the reviewer and his vision like how he or she sees your profile.

Through this whole application process to different colleges i feel this is game of odds.

So all the best to you and to everyone.

Also your story and how you can contribute to the college just give them a different perspective use your life experiences or stories to show how you can be a good asset.
That’s all i can say

I applied for the July 2024 cohort start at K-F and just had my Zoom interview this morning. It says the priority deadline is March 25th and the final deadline is April 22nd. Any ideas of when I will hear back with a decision? Will it be after April 22nd or could it come before since my own app is complete? Thanks!
