hi,

i have tried several times to change my password but i cannot change it.

i have cleared my cookies/history/cache before and after changing password. i have also used ie7 and ff3, but the browser didnt matter either.

please advise.

Click on your right hand top where your username and image are displayed. A pop-up appears ' Email and password'. So, You can change directly from there

I need to change my password on Egmat and the customer support is not answering, I have sent them more than 7 emails and no answer yet
What shall I do? my login email address is invalid so I can't make forget password
