You should definitely retake the GMAT FE. The old IIMs (A, B, C, L, K, I) are highly competitive, and a 615 would be on the lower side even with 9+ years of experience. Try to aim for 675+ to strengthen your chances, it will make a big difference in how your profile is viewed.

TyagiManish - Please go for a retake, given that you scored higher in mocks. Aiming for a 675+ would be ideal.

I got 615 score on GMAT FE official exam, which I think is on a lower side. I scored 645 and 675 in official mocks.
In official exam my QR score was 90, but DI score was way less than what I was getting in mocks. I encountered some really good questions in DI section. However, I got more score in Verbal section compared to my mocks.

I have 9+ years of work experience in a Energy/Petroleum sector PSU.

Should I apply with this score or should give one more attempt at GMAT exam?

What are the chances that I will get admitted to one of the IIMs (B,L,A,C,K,I) with this score.
