5:02 pm central time, phone rings. They sure know how to keep a girl waiting!!
I'm a Chicago applicant. Whoever I spoke to (forgot her name already) apologized for the late call, joked about how they've been a bit busy today. So unless I was the last call, don't lose hope- as of 6 minutes ago they were still handing out good news!

Wow congrats! Seems that you have a somewhat-difficult decision ahead of you; good luck with the upcoming year.
My phone died at 3:45 pm... I took the train home, plugged in my phone at 5:30 and saw a voicemail from 5:15 pm. I was told that I was near the end of the day just because I was in the same timezone and the lady (Carrie, not sure about spelling) had to call a bunch of int'l applicants first.
She didn't say anything about a scholarship, but frankly I don't care!

No call for me So disappointed. I don't imagine calls are still going out at 6pm CST. I am located in Los Angeles and have seen a couple LA admits already.

I did. Of course it was to register for a Booth Tech event in Seattle. Nice touch after not receiving a call today. Haha.

No I mean I got a mail from one of the admission directors, apologizing for not being able to call me sooner in the day and that information on my status is forthcoming (whatever that means).
I'm assuming that waitlisted and rejected candidates will get this mail, right?

I feel like that means you're in but they didn't have time to call you (as bad planning as that is...). They wouldn't try to call someone just to tell them they're waitlisted or rejected.
