Yeah, go back to your application status page. There is a line under "Recent Activities" that says, "Interview Requested – Click Here To Change."

I only see a Click to Respond selection rather than a Click to Change. Is it because I scheduled the offcampus rather than an oncampus interview?

In fact my interviewer is nowhere close to what I have done in my professional career!
It should lead to very interesting conversations - makes my job more difficult but the challenge is exciting ...

My interviewer's job title reads like my long term goals essay. I'm actually wondering if I might get oddball questions from him.

Hey you guys, how did you find out about your interviewers? I am scheduled for an alumni interview also, but so far I am only given the name of the interviewer. I want to look up his profile just to check how close/far off he is from my career track. Interviews like this (especially the non-adcom ones) I think depends a whole lot on how much I can personally bond with the interviewer and I could do that much better if I know something about him beforehand!!

LinkedIn and Googling the person is probably your best bet. Beyond that there's really not much you can do. This is just my perspective, but I wouldn't necessarily try to pre determine how you'll connect with your interviewer. You may have everything in common (career path, alma mater, etc.) and still not connect. I had absolutely nothing in common with my interviewer last year. i only looked up enough to see where he worked but had no clue what he did. We wound up having a great conversation that lasted nearly 2 hours. While I am not encouraging you to shoot for that I would encourage you to prepare well and then let it all unfold as it will. A "connection" with your interviewer isn't necessary to have a good interview and there's really nothing you can do to predict whether it will be there or not. Heck, your interviewer may have a great poker face and not show whether or not you've "connected." So it's just best not to really worry about that part of it if the information you seek isn't readily available through the common channels. Best of luck.

Has anyone interviewed in London, Sao Paolo, or Shanghai in round 1? Do you know if interviews were conducted primarily by adcom or alumni?

I had my off campus interview with an alumni today. Does anybody know whether I should notify the adcom? Thank you and good luck to all of those who are going to have their interview in the next days.

Booth definitely seems to have done the best job of matching me with an interviewer that is closely aligned my background/goals. My interviewer went to the same undergraduate university as me, lives less than a mile away, and is in the same post-business school industry that I'm shooting for.

Nope. No need to notify the admissions committee. They know who your interviewer is and have a process in place to get the feedback. You just sit back and wait for a decision.
