You should see it if you log into your app. The same place where you were notified about an interview. You also should get an email.

These are all good points. I submitted on Jan 8th but I heard ppl did on the same day already got decisions. As you said there could many possibilities although I try to be optimistic.

I applied on 1/15 and haven't heard yet. I'm guessing they're still busy with apps from the previous week.

It should show up on your online application form that you have an update to your application, and you also should received an automated email from Columbia.

Have any EDers or others admitted earlier in the process received any separate notification of fellowship?

FYI, to answer my own question (How does CBS contact people who are overseas?), I got an email from the admissions department to let them know when I was awake. I did, then they called me. Amazing.

i submitted my complete app 1/8 havent heard anything..still waiting!!! i have lost hope.

Congrats to those who received admit calls/ interview invites yesterday - I am surprised that the adcom was working on US holiday. I submitted my app 6 weeks ago on 1/7 but still havent heard anything. Hopefully I will hear from them soon, but if I dont hear from them, do you think I should email them or just wait out?
