For MIM the schools don’t require work experience as it is considered a pre experience program(having a work experience is still a plus).You can compensate for the work experience with a high GMAT score(>=645).Finding a job totally depends on your network in the EU/UK schools as there are no incoming placement drives like the Indian colleges.
For scholarship chances there are multiple options eg. Charpak for Indians in France , Eiffel scholarship , Erasmus etc.( I have written a complete article on the masters forum about the possible options)
Apart from the scholarship you can also do apprenticeship in france from your second year of masters which covers the total tuition fees of your program (if you do it for 2 years) and offers you a good stipend to cover your monthly expenses
Some schools accept CAT Scores as well.For profile building every profile is unique and it depends on what you want to showcase to the schools and how you are gonna add value to the school( Find your pick in extracurriculars , volunteering etc. )
