Question: to what extent can a lack of work experience be offset by the gmat, applying for mim/similar programmes in the uk and Europe as a British student
Current 65% (mid 2:1) although expect 70-75% final degree classification in 10 months time (1st class degree) in BSc Economics from middle to low ranked UK university - studied here so I can live with family due to financial trouble.
Expect high 600s maybe pushing into 705-715 with gmat fe
Good leadership - Econ society president, head boy of large 6th form (high school type thing in uk with 1700 students) so loads of public speaking on both, as well as various sporting achievements.
Also volunteering tutor with notable results within my university, although covered by reference
Real lack of noteworthy work experience. Financial and marketing for local pizza shop, worked a few minimum wage jobs and had... some impact, although generally lacking in this area
To what extent can a strong gmat offset the negatives, and should I instead look to take at least 1 year out to find multiple internships to bolster this section.
