gentlejack: The invitation was straightforward. They provided a link to the scheduler and gave information on other activities you could do during the day before/after the interview. I've already visited the school during an open house, but if you haven't before the interview I would highly recommend sitting in on a class and experiencing First Coffee.

Thank you! I have already visited the campus and sat in a class, great experience. As an international, they did not even offer me to be interviewed on campus, but invited me for a Skype interview instead. I am not complaining, much more convenient for me :)

Congratulation! Nice to know that they started to send out invitations to international applicants. I am also an international applicant and haven't heard anything yet. Hope next week I could get some good news...I hate the weekends now...

I'm on east coast and got an invite today at 2 PM.

There are not many interview slots left, except around Thanksgiving. A ticket to Darden is going to cost me $1,100! Does anyone think more slots will open up?

I would say there will be more slots soon: According to the statistic, a mere 7% have been invited to an interview so far. Even if you put into account that some people have not updated their profile, it looks like the majority of the invitations has not gone out yet. Last year, 47% got invited in R1 AND updated their profile...

But I was wrong a couple of times already, this is just another guess...
