For Consulting, interview and client-facing skills are paramount so please make sure that you have them or practice as much as you can for BSchool interview as that will be evaluated for your potential Consulting career and chances of success. Otherwise, I think INSEAD and NUS are in the bag for you. You may be able to even get some $$ from a few EU schools or definitely from some of the US T15's, just saying...

Which b-school are you choosing? Foster ? Also , do you mind explaining how got 75% scholarship there ?

I wish I knew on what basis they gave me this scholarship. Maybe GMAT (since it is above avg for them), under grad GPA, overall application and interview, combination of all that.

I am Priyanka from ARINGO. Speaking about your profile Your 655 FE score is good for ISB, however, your GPA can be a bit of concern. Having 3+ years of work experience at places like Amazon and Honeywell should position you to present some good impactful data to the adcoms.

Having visited 6 countries on official site visits is a major plus and should be highlighted in your application accordingly. ISB greatly values international exposure and this could play a major role for securing an admit. You should talk about your learnings from different places that you could visit and how you utilized those learnings for the growth and betterment of your workplace.
Some other skills you should mention in your applications are
1. Social impact
2. Leadership
3. Cultural adaptability
4. Creativity

Overall your profile looks good. It will all depend on the narrative you build and how you connect your post-MBA goals to the skills that you gain at an MBA.

everything looks great, other than the GMAT, which could be higher. Are you just applying to ISB or others like some UK/ European programs? You'd have a fair chance there, but yes, it depends on whether you want to study and work abroad. YOLO, so think about it.

I think there is a decent chance for Darden for Early Round as it is binding.
FYI - there is likely not much of a shot at scholarship (hopefully I am wrong) with that Score but if you can add something unique to the program in terms of profile or strength or unique factors, you may be able to get them interested enough... it is all about the profile at this point.

Hi. That's a great profile to continue in Finance.
With the job market right now, much better to be staying within the same field so to speak.
Your GPA is fantastic and is of value to many schools as well - they can beef up their stats with it.
Your GMAT is spot on about the average, and good enough.

I think the biggest deciding factor will be how you stack up with other Finance applicants and how you compare to your peers (e.g. what have you been able to do with your time, career, and resources). I think your experience should be strong enough, hopefully you have some well-known brands you can throw on the resume.

I don't see big weaknesses or glaring items. The key would be to appear knowledgeable and well-researched about the career you are about the pursue so that AdCom sees you as a very serious candidate as opposed to someone dabbling. You also want to attend all the events schools put together, speak to students, and basically get on their radar that way to establish your "reputation" and "engagement credit score" so to speak - the games we have to play

Thank you, that's an interesting read indeed. I chose SOM because I want to move to the social impact space and Yale is very well-known in this regard with a lot of alumni doing really interesting work, plus I really connected with their motto of leaders for business and society!

That's rather nice. Both Kellogg and Booth have a lot of resources around social impact, but Yale is at a different level (their seriousness about the motto included), so, you are going to the right place then.
