I graduated from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC). I am a CPA, have cleared CFA Level I, and am currently progressing through the CFA program.
I began my career at Acuity Knowledge Partners, supporting global investment banking teams across sector research, market and competitive benchmarking, and transaction-oriented analysis. Most recently, I worked with Goldman Sachs in the IBD TMT group, where I supported M&A advisory and private-markets deal execution across multiple live technology mandates. My experience includes preparing CIMs, teasers, and pitch materials; conducting buyer and investor screenings; supporting valuation and strategic analyses; and managing key diligence workstreams across end-to-end sell-side processes.
I could see you looking like a good candidate for INSEAD R2. I like that you are progressing with your CFA. What are your post MBA goals? We could discuss your profile more fully if you sign up for a free consultation-- which you can do here: https://www.stratusadmissionscounseling ... sultation/
Hi Priyanka here from ARINGO. Speaking about your profile, you have a strong foundation for INSEAD. Your experience supporting live deals, valuations, and investor processes shows maturity beyond a purely research role, which AdComs at INSEAD value. That said, the school will also look beyond technical finance strength, they will want to see leadership, international exposure, collaboration, and a clear post-MBA narrative that explains why now and why INSEAD specifically for your pivot into diversified financial services. Right now, your profile reads as technically impressive, but the differentiator will be your story, impact, and people leadership.
To give you a sharper evaluation, it would help to know more about your leadership experiences, extracurricular and community involvement, international exposure, measurable impact at work, and your long-term career vision. Also, which INSEAD round are you planning to target?

Over the past few years, I’ve collaborated with a wide range of companies across technology, consumer, and creator-led businesses, helping design and implement go-to-market and growth strategies.

I’m now looking to formalize my business training through an MBA to deepen my understanding of leadership, strategy, and global markets, and to complement my entrepreneurial experience with structured management education.

Education: B.Tech from a Tier-2 engineering college (CGPA 8.7/10)
• Work Experience: ~3 years of full-time experience at matriculation; currently SDE-1 at a global industry leader in testing and life sciences (promoted from Associate Software Developer) • Innovation & Ownership: Runner-up in two organization-level hackathons (80+ teams), which led to leading the company’s first AI initiative and helping form the initial AI team • Leadership Exposure: Work directly with senior leadership on AI initiatives and engage with clients to understand expectations and translate them into solutions • People & Culture: Member of the company’s engagement committee, contributing to internal events and initiatives • Extracurricular Leadership: Leadership roles across three college cultural fests; led the core organizing team for a state-level intercollegiate fest with 15,000+ participant footfall • Awards: Received a college award for outstanding leadership for leading the state-level fest • Career Goal: Transition into management consulting through an international MBA and build strong strategic and people-leadership capabilities
Hi AR520, With three years of professional experience, I'd very strongly advise you to wait until the Round 1 applications starting in September this year. the third and fourth rounds are extremely competitive at most b-schools and not the preferred rounds to apply, unless you are a unique candidate. In your case, you are yet to take the GMAT and you will surely benefit from a little more work experience (the average work exp at European b-schools is ~6 years, so you will be better placed to apply with another 6 months' experience) The extra time in hand will allow you to work on your profile. First among the requirements would be GMAT/ GRE. Aim for a 695+/ 330+ score. On the work experience front, you have some strong points with the AI initiatives. Keep up the good work and build further on this experience. Eventually what would benefit you is showing $$ impact of your projects, especially on the resume. I believe you will be able to come up with some strong leadership stories with your AI implementation efforts in a life science company (overcoming resistance from people). College ECAs alone are not enough to show a well rounded profile, so keep up your work with the engagement committee. Once again, I will stress, that having tangible impact is better than doing small and one-off initiatives that you can't quantify or show results for. Your career goals sound alright, especially for b-schools such as INSEAD which are very consulting heavy. But I will need to understand how your past experience naturally leads you to a consulting career. Consulting jobs have become rare with the current job scenarios in European markets, so you will need to tread your goals statements carefully. I'd be happy to have a chat with you to discuss your profile in more detail, Feel free to fill this form for a profile evaluation: https://mbadecoder.com/services/free-pr ... valuation/
Thank you again for the detailed feedback — it was very helpful.
I’m currently preparing for the GMAT focus and plan to take it in February; recent mock scores are in the 750+ range. On the work side, I’m continuing to build on the AI initiative, which is currently delivering ~€480K in annualized cost savings per lab within the division, with plans to scale further.
Given my focus on schools like INSEAD, I’d appreciate your guidance on what more I can do over the next few months to further strengthen my profile and maximize both admission and scholarship chances. I’d be happy to proceed with a detailed profile evaluation.
You need to think about the portability of your skills into consulting. More importantly, do your due diligence to understand the three foundational skills a consultant needs. If you are targeting consulting in Europe, be aware that you will need language skills and that your Indian passport will be a handicap to the cross-border mobility. - Dee MBA admissions consultant and management consultant | https://www.linkedin.com/company/success-catalysts/ | E: [email protected]
Hi Priyanka here from ARINGO. Speaking about your profile, I would recommend applying in R1 next year. R3 and R4 are usually not recommended for international applicants. Since your mocks have been above 750, an actual score above 750 would greatly strengthen your profile by demonstrating your academic capability. Highlight more about your AI initiative and cost savings in your essays. Overall your profile looks strong, focus on building a strong narrative and aligning your short and long term goals.
I’d be happy to offer you a free profile review for your target programs to see where you stand and how to boost your chances, happy to help! No pressure, no strings - just helpful insights on where you stand and how you can strengthen your chances.

Thanks for reaching out for a profile review. It looks like you are still currently working while also getting your masters? The additional masters in economics in some way complicates your profile as there can be a thing as too much education in terms of schools seeing you as an ideal candidate. But if you are still working and you are doing the program in conjunction with work that is better. I'd be happy to do a profile review with you in real time on our Stratus site at this link: https://www.stratusadmissionscounseling ... sultation/ The length of work experience also puts you a bit on the long side of many class profiles for US programs so looking at some of the European options might also be useful for you. Happy to discuss further if you sign up for a consult.
Thank you Donna for your time and energy to evaluate my profile. I am pursuing Economics via distance learning i.e. in conjunction with my work. I am primarily looking for a Joint Degree ( MBA + Public Policy). For public policy - I have applied at Harvard MPA - (Masters in Public Administration) and Princeton - (Masters in Public Affairs.). In an emerging economy like India - where private sector is evolving - knowing both the sectors can make one an efficient administrator - that is the overall goal to help maximise by impact on public welfare and on the society as a whole. I will try and schedule a consultation very soon.
Hi Priyanka here from ARINGO. Your work experience looks impressive, GPA and GRE might be a concern. It is sad to hear about your ding at HBS, were you able to analyse what might have gone wrong? Let's connect over a detailed discussion about your profile to identify shortcomings, if any.
Thank you for your profile review. " were you able to analyse what might have gone wrong?" I think either it is 1. Essays 2. 12 + years of work ex 3. I have applied for Harvard MPA(Masters in Public Administration) and its financial aid ( it is open for all Harvard institutes) . One cant get into MPA + MBA both at Harvard. With the financial aid open for all - HBS may have dinged me because of the restriction. ( I dont buy this but a friend said this is also possible) -
Thank you for sharing your profile, @bhavyamatg. You are a serious candidate, but you are also applying to some of the most selective programs in the world, and your profile has both elite strengths and clear structural risks.
Let's start with your strengths- 12 years of experience, senior state-level public policy leadership, $36B+ budget oversight (massive scale), direct ministerial advisory experience, AI + systems reform exposure, strong competitive exam track record, Government of India + State Government roles, and prior engineering + manufacturing background. This is not a standard Indian male profile. It’s a public-sector governance leader profile. That’s a major strength.
The structural risks- GPA: 2.96 (Undergrad)
For Wharton, MIT, and Stanford, this is below the median. It is not fatal at your seniority, but you need strong academic reassurance. Your 323 GRE helps, but is not exceptional. 323 is competitive but not differentiating.
Harvard ding signals either a narrative positioning issue, a goals clarity gap, or an execution mismatch. At your level, execution matters more than raw stats.
About the schools: Wharton chances can be a moderate stretch; strong governance + scale exposure fits, but you must clearly articulate leadership depth beyond administration, and must show global relevance, not just state-level.
MIT Sloan chances can be a moderate stretch. AI, systems reform, and infrastructure modernization fit well. Your AI nodal officer role is valuable here. Sloan likes tech-enabled policy reform.
Stanford (FTMBA)- It is extremely narrative-driven. You need deep personal introspection, not résumé strength.
Stanford (MSx)- This may actually be a stronger fit than FTMBA. Your experience level aligns well.
The real question: Why MBA? Your post-MBA goal: “Government → Government.” That’s your biggest vulnerability. Top schools ask: Why leave for an MBA if you’re returning to the same sector?
Your answer must be: Institutional reform, Public finance modernization, PPP structuring, Infrastructure capital mobilization, and Global urban governance frameworks. If the answer is generic (“better exposure”), it won’t land.
What went wrong at Harvard? (likely). Possibilities 1) Too résumé-heavy, not introspective enough. 2) Goals not sharply framed. 3) Impact described in scale terms ($36B) but not personal agency.
Elite schools ask: What changed because of you? What resistance did you face? Where did you take a risk?
About the GRE retake? At your level, if you can push to 327–330+, it materially helps. If not, 323 is acceptable, but then essays must carry.
You can also explore INSEAD or LBS. These programs value public leadership deeply.
What you must fix before reapplying: Turn scale into story > Instead of Managed $36B budget, you can say: What crisis did you solve? What tradeoff did you own? What political risk did you take?
Show reform mindset: Frame yourself as > Public systems modernize, not bureaucratic administrator.
Add external signal (Optional but Powerful): Publish an op-ed, speak at governance forums, or contribute to a public policy think tank.
Questions for you: 1) What is the hardest political or institutional resistance you have faced? 2) Have you ever made a decision that carried personal career risk? 3) Why do you need an MBA now, not 5 years ago? 4) If rejected again, what changes in your career trajectory?
At the outset, I am very thankful for such a detailed review. The detail MBAandBeyond has gone into is truly impressive.
With Harvard MPA a definite course I am targeting - I am left with Stanford,MIT and Wharton for MBA. So these remain the only options.( Tuck I don't intend to go)
I have actually themes ready for all career based question you posed - risk, resistance, failures etc - all emnating from real experience. As far as framing - I have poised myself as a Bureupreneuer - A bureaucrat who thinks/wants to think like an entrepeneur.
I will try and get in touch with you vide the link given
1. Marketing Manager (Growth) | Masters' Union (Oct 2024 – Present) I joined to direct marketing for Undergraduate programs, but due to rapid results and high ownership, my role quickly expanded to include Postgraduate programs and new course launches. I initially managed these high-stakes projects solo, but as I scaled my KRAs and project execution capabilities, I built and now lead a team of three and have trained over seven new hires. Within my first 90 days, I was honored with the "High Ownership - Director’s Award" for stabilizing 360-degree marketing assets across podcasts, web, and OOH, ensuring a seamless admissions cycle for 2025/2026.
2. Founder’s Office (Branding & Growth) | AccioJob (Mar 2024 – Oct 2024) Reporting directly to the CEO, I focused on organic scale and creative strategy. I led a small team that scaled our Instagram following from 2k to 25k (a 1200% increase) in under four months by obsessively focusing on audience engagement. Beyond organic growth, I scripted and directed over 40 video ads, which successfully reduced our CPC by 17% and increased average watch time, proving that creative-first content can drive significant performance ROI.
3. Project Coordinator (Engagement & Growth) | AccioJob (Sept 2022 – Mar 2024) In this foundational role, I managed the end-to-end lifecycle of three major projects, focusing on student engagement and operational efficiency. I utilized SQL for data analysis to drive participation up by 100% and reduced the cost per engaged lead by 30%. By implementing lean optimization experiments, I was able to streamline internal processes, reducing operational effort by 70% and achieving a 20% cost saving for the department.
Education & Academic Foundations: B.Com Honours (Economic Administration & Financial Management) University Maharani College (RU), Jaipur (2019 – 2022) Built a foundation in finance and administration. Beyond academics, I served as the Head of the English Literature Association, where I grew the society to 25+ members and won "Society of the Year" by modernizing their outreach and branding efforts.
This is a smart move. When you are asking for a profile assessment from experts, authenticity is your best strategy. They see thousands of resumes, so "360-degree marketing" sounds like jargon to them, but "scaling an account by 1200%" sounds like a result.
Since you want to move away from the "360-marketing" fluff and be honest about the data timeline, we will pivot your profile toward Creative Growth & Strategic Execution.
Here is the refined, "brutally honest" version for your GMAT Club post:
Experience & Professional Background Marketing Manager (Growth) | Masters' Union (Oct 2024 – Present) Transitioned into a high-stakes leadership role at a top-tier business school. I lead marketing for PG and UG admissions, specifically managing end-to-end asset creation (podcasts, web, paid media, and OOH) and executing cross-channel campaigns (Email, WA, Social). Within 90 days, I was awarded the "Director’s Award for High Ownership" for my ability to manage a team of 3 and stabilize complex project executions.
Founder’s Office (Branding & Growth) | AccioJob (Mar 2024 – Oct 2024) Reported directly to the CEO. My focus was on organic scale and creative strategy. I led a 3-person team that scaled our Instagram presence from 2k to 25k followers (1200% growth) in under 4 months. I personally scripted and directed 40+ video ads, which successfully lowered CPC by 17% through better creative engagement.
Project Coordinator (Engagement) | AccioJob (Sept 2022 – Mar 2024) Managed the lifecycle of three distinct student-facing projects. In this role, I utilized SQL for data-driven decision-making (though my focus has since shifted toward brand and creative strategy) to reduce cost per engaged lead by 30% and streamline internal operations, saving the firm 20% in costs through lean optimization.
Education & Academic Foundations B.Com Honours (Economic Administration & Financial Management) University Maharani College (RU), Jaipur (2019 – 2022) Built a foundation in finance and administration. Beyond academics, I served as the Head of the English Literature Association, where I grew the society to 25+ members and won "Society of the Year" by modernizing their outreach and branding efforts.
Qualifications & Distinction: 1. Published Author & Creative: I have authored and published two books ("Morsels of Mundane" and "Woven for Love"). My background is heavily rooted in the intersection of philosophy and human nature.
2. National Recognition: I have consistently won state and national-level storytelling and creative writing competitions hosted by IIT Hyderabad, IIM Lucknow, and IIM Udaipur.
3. Core Competencies: Growth Strategy, Creative Direction, Strategic Communication, and Product Positioning. (Technical: Basic SQL, Excel, and CRM tools).

You have a few strong points in your favour: Academics: NMIMS has a good representation of MBA candidates at these b-schools. To top this, you have a good GPA. The schools grades don't matter when you are applying to b-schools abroad as most b-schools don't ask for them. Aim for a 675+ score which will help your applications to many other competitive b-schools.
Work experience- working at Nomura definitely lends prestige. Your achievements, leadership and $$ impact will matter in your applications as showing these in an impressive way can remarkably increase your chances of acceptance. You seem to be an early career achiever and you have another 6-7 months to keep building your profile. However, I find that your current description is very focused on the technical aspects of your work; your MBA application should instead show your softer skills instead of the technical ones as b-schools are looking to groom leaders in career pathways that require leadership and business skills. Showing this business bent is specifically crucial if you want to grow within investment banking. This brings me to your goals- what do you wish to do post MBA? If you want to transition from back office to front office, then it will not be easy, and you will have to come up with a very solid story to back this. Feel free to schedule a call with me should you want to discuss your goals or the rest of your profile.
ECAs- you've not mentioned about these, but ECAs can often help to set you apart from other applicants. If you have not pursued any ECAs since college, now is the time to get invested.
12th- 86.8% B.Com- 8 CGPA (Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce) Internship- Kirloskar Oil and Engines (Strategy Intern) Conducted secondary research and analysis on industry players, such as Cummins, Greaves and Mahindra Powerol.

Conducted market research on Electrolyzer, synthesizing technical and market-level insights to support the development of marketing collateral.
Drafted keynote speeches for the Group CEO and Heads of Business Units
Brazillian / Woman / 29yo Engineer / 6y experience in NGOs, Social Impact, Education. I played basketball for 7 years. I was a scholarship athlete in high school and team captain in both high school and undergrad. I held the highest position in a youth movement of 33,000 students, serving as executive president of the National Confederation. Later, I joined one of the most recognized NGOs in Brazil and helped build a fellowship program from scratch, with thousands of applicants and dozens of beneficiaries.
Transportation Engineer. Rising star + multiple other awards. Recruited, trained and built own team of 15 within 3 months. Targeting to move to C-suite track.
I’m currently Canadian professional basketball player with over a decade of experience competing at the highest levels in Europe and with the Canadian Senior Men’s National Team. I played five seasons at Carleton University, where we won five CIS national championships and I was named CIS National Player of the Year three times. Since turning pro, I’ve played for nine teams across six countries, won a FIBA Europe Cup title, and represented Canada in two FIBA World Cups, earning a bronze medal in 2023. From 2020 to 2023, I served many times as captain of the national team, leading our group through World Cup qualification campaigns. Alongside my playing career, I’ve mentored younger athletes and been involved in community initiatives focused on equity and inclusion. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Carleton and recently completed NYU Tisch’s Film & TV Industry Essentials certificate. After my MBA, I want to transition into a strategy or consulting role within sports or media, with a long-term goal of working in media rights, programming, or business strategy for a major sports organization or media company.
I have spent three years working in finance (four years by the time I would matriculate) and am on track for promotion to a senior-level role. This is my second company, and I was promoted at my first firm as well. In my current role, I’ve had significant impact, including spearheading the company’s expansion into a new geographic region, helping resolve a major liquidity issue, and ultimately earning full oversight of an entire department. I work closely with both my direct supervisor and the CFO, who can strongly speak to my leadership, ownership, and impact in their recommendation letters.
Thanks for sharing your profile, @dpoliakoff0119. Let's start with your strengths: GMAT FE score 715, right in the M7 competitive band, GPA 3.83, strong academic signal, no concerns. Early leadership + ownership (regional expansion, liquidity issue, departmental oversight). CFO-level exposure & recommendations > valuable for finance-heavy schools.
Primary risks: Finance applicants are overrepresented at HBS/Wharton/Columbia. You’ll need clear differentiation beyond “strong finance performer.”
What’s working well: Promotion trajectory across two firms, ownership of a full department (rare during your tenure). Direct impact stories: geographic expansion, liquidity resolution, cross-functional leadership, senior recommender access (CFO) > major credibility boost.
Where to sharpen: You should be ready to articulate decision-making under uncertainty, situations where you pushed back on senior stakeholders, and how your leadership style evolved as responsibility increased.
Post-MBA Goal: Investment Banking. This is credible and aligned, but needs precision.
Instead of: “Transition to investment banking”. You can frame it as: “Move into [industry/product]-focused investment banking where I can leverage my experience in X, with a long-term goal of leading complex transactions and capital allocation decisions.”
Schools want to see: Why IB now, Why IB vs staying in corporate finance, and What kind of banker you want to be!
About the schools: Booth- Finance-heavy, analytical culture. Your profile fits well.
Columbia- IB's recruiting pipeline is good. Your experience + goals align perfectly
Wharton- Loves leadership + finance. You’ll need a crisp differentiation angle.
Harvard- Leadership is key; finance alone won’t carry. Essays must focus on values, people's impact, and growth.
Yale- Less finance-saturated. Values leadership, ethics, and organizational impact.
How to Differentiate (Very Important): Given finance crowding, your differentiation could come from leading through liquidity stress, scaling operations into new regions, building teams/systems from ambiguity, and a leadership philosophy shaped by early ownership. This is where essays will be won or lost.
Questions to strengthen your application: 1) What decision did you made had the highest downside risk? 2) How did your leadership style change from role 1 → role 2? 3) What feedback have you received that was hard to hear? 4) Why are you better suited for IB because of your current role?
We’d love to learn more about your academic background, extracurricular activities, work experience, and personal journey so that we can provide a tailored profile evaluation and an honest school assessment. Feel free to book an evaluation session.
Tracking MBA applications sounds stressful! I use similar tools to stay organized. When I need a break, I look up my birth month flower for inspiration - it helps me stay creative during busy times.
Being the student, whose books were always filled with sketches during school days, I pursued designing. I am a world designer (5 years) with a history of interior architecture (6 years).
My core strength is pushing visual boundaries and solving design problems through forms to generate aesthetic visual solutions. Working for the next guy in the pipeline while taking feedback and adhering to the language of the IP are my secondary skills. Comfortable switching up styles, 2D painting, 3D modelling/sculpting and being a quick study on design subjects, I work with new software/techniques like Blender, Z brush, Substance Painter and UE5 to quicken my workflow. I have the experience in managing an art team while coordinating with other departments as well.
After graduating from FZD in 2020, I had the chance to work in house on concept art for TV shows and animation series that have yet to see the light of the day. I have simultaneously also worked for a couple of outsourcing studios for mobile, PC games and AAA unreleased titles.
Applying to Master Programs in Germany. My top choice is LMU Münich, the Master of Science in Business Administration. The program I selected is not relevant as there are no international options for Master programs. I have a bachelor of science in business management and bachelor of arts in German studies.
Hi, I am a 25-year-old Indian male, a non-engineer with a background in Economics (DTU, GPA 8.89/10). I have 4+ years of total experience:
2.5 years in market research consulting at a US-based market research/boutique consulting firm, where I was promoted from management trainee to analyst. I worked with clients like Meta, YouTube, and Compeer Financial on projects involving product strategy and market research . Here, most of my allocations were for YouTube, and my team led a few impactful projects related to podcasts on YouTube, competitor analysis, research on emerging business trends and technologies ,overall industry trends in media and entertainment industry, which included research on all prominent verticals of YouTube, focusing on various regions like APAC, EMEA, Americas.
1.5 years of full-time, pro bono leadership at a grassroots level NGO focused on women’s digital empowerment. I launched a zero-cost digital literacy (AI-driven upskilling program), mentored 50+ women. More grassroot impact but the NGO has a low presence.
In college, I was highly aactive—PR Head of the Cultural Council, organized 50+ events, and was part of Enactus, leading social initiatives. Held few other leadership roles in other socities as well. I’ve also completed internships in marketing, research and am currently upskilling toward product/strategy roles.
My GMAT Focus Edition score is currently 585. I’m retaking it soon with a target of 695 and a realistic floor of 645. I’m targeting an admission in ISB, IIM PGPX (ABC), XLRI, top 20 global MBA programs. I’d appreciate an honest evaluation of how I’m currently positioned and what I should strengthen to be a competitive applicant.
You're targeting a 100+ point improvement on your score, which is feasible but requires a structured preparation approach. I'm happy to share learnings on what worked for me (had scored 780 on GMAT Classic). Please feel free to DM.
AFA HBS goes, please review the class profile to understand what successful admits bring. It is amongst the toughest to get in. A lot will depend on how you position your experience, skills, motivations for MBA, and ST/LT career path. And try upping your target in GMAT because you'll be competing with fellow Indians, most of whom will have high scores. - Dee MBA admissions consultant and management consultant | E: [email protected] | https://www.linkedin.com/company/success-catalysts/
Hi Priyanka here from ARINGO. Speaking about your profile, non-engineer econ background + consulting exposure with recognizable clients + grassroots NGO leadership is a combo AdComs like because it shows both analytical ability and real-world initiative. Your academics are solid, so no concern there. A major concern is your GMAT score, if you land in the 645–695 range, your profile becomes meaningfully more competitive.
The NGO leadership is a real differentiator if you clearly quantify impact and ownership. Over the next few months, your priorities should be, GMAT retake, tightening your post-MBA consulting story and showing measurable leadership impact at work and in the NGO.
I’d be happy to offer you a free profile review for your target programs to see where you stand and how to boost your chances, happy to help! No pressure, no strings - just helpful insights on where you stand and how you can strengthen your chances.
Hi N123n, It would be helpful to understand more about your work experience and then suggest how you can enhance it over the next months with your eyes set on the top 20 MBA programs - that's a very wide range though, so you will have to realistically shorten this list. One key factor in doing so would be your GMAT score. The top 15 MBA programs will require that you have a 695+, so put in your most sincere and best efforts into preparation. The time is on your side at the moment, and I see someone has kindly offered to help you - take that help! Ideally, you should have a new (and shining) score latest by July. Coming to your work experience, there's a big jump due to the nature of your two jobs. Perhaps you should address why you moved from social impact to private sector and what transferable skills did you build in your first role. There's no doubt, the experience is very worthy, but you would want to connect some dots between your work experiences or explain your mindset while transitioning. Your current role sounds somewhat support (correct me if i am wrong), but you will have to create a resume that shows $$ impact of your projects. If you don't have the numbers already, sit with your manager and get them. If your manager does not share or doesn't know, its ok to come up with ballpark figures. But, your resume will look strong only when you quantify it. Also, going forward for this year, perhaps you could build more skills, like say in analytics, which will be relevant for your b-school admission (by strengthening your profile) and for post-MBA jobs. Also, if there's a possibility, get involved in some biz development initiatives at work; it will help to prove your business acumen. Your college level ECAs are impressive, but you must also have something more recent. Pick up an interest or hobby and pursue it diligently. Given your past social impact experience, volunteering will fit in well with your narrative. It will show that even though you are not pursuing it as a career, you are still deeply committed to making a difference through social projects. I'd be happy to discuss further on your profile. Shoot me an email at [email protected], should you be interested.
Priyanka here from ARINGO.
