Link is the same you’ve to select which round you’re applying for “By default it will be deferred enrolment” for the third round.

Gotcha, thanks.
Then how is it a different application? By the looks of it, the application looks exactly the same as a regular MBA application. Especially because there is no option to add an academic recommender. Even if I do add an academic recommender, there is a question that asks about the Employer. What do I type in there?

For Rounds 1 and 2, we distribute interview invitations in a four- to five-week window. We will send you a more specific timetable after your deadline. For Round 3, we begin inviting candidates to interview approximately a week after the application deadline and continue issuing invitations until a week before the decision notification date for that round (21st May)

Is this information specific to this Round 3 given the fact that Stanford has not instituted a special "waitpool" for those who haven't submitted test scores? Still curious if all interviews will take place before May 21st considering that some people may not receive decisions until much later.

Hi,
Yes. All interviews would take place before the decision date regardless of whether someone has their GMAT score or does not.
If they don't have a GMAT score then Stanford offers a conditional offer instead.

Conditional offer? So applicants can be admitted first without a test score on file.

My apologies.

You would be invited for an interview but won't be admitted until you submit the test score.

If you are considered a competitive candidate, they would add you to a waitpool and wait for you until August to declare your unofficial scores.
More details on this in the FAQ section of their website.

Does anybody know the order in which interview invites are offered?

Is it chronological based on the time you submitted your application, you then will then be reviewed? E.g. If I submitted the last day, should I expect the invite (if any) to be towards the end of the interview invite period.
