I have an admit from Emory and McCombs and now the time has come for me to make my decision. Needless to say that I am utterly confused.
I am looking to specialize in Operations and would like to get into consulting (no location preference).
Here's a list of things that I could think off and am basing my decision:
Emory:
Scholarship + Co-signer free international student loan would help me cover the total cost of the program.
Great career opportunities (proven track record) + smaller, focused cohort
McCombs:
Scholarship + Loan (with US co-signer). The cost difference between attending McCombs and Emory would be USD 60K (McCombs being higher). - the loan process would be painful
Focused curriculum with specialization in Operations Consulting.
Better ranked program, more selective, perceived a better program in the market (I think...also jolted by the recent drop in Emory's ranking in FT - attributed to different reasons)
Please suggest....My decision is currently being driven by the cost and I am leaning towards Emory.
