Wow! Thank you so much.
I believed that first 10 questions were really important so I focused more on accuracy... I took over 20+ CATs and timing wasn't a issue for me.
I guess I just need to learn to guess and move on when I take the actual test but it's very difficult for me sometimes.
Anyways, I really appreciate it!!!

Time Management Analysis:

In case you have not noticed -- When you go to mba.com and click on the link provided for ESR, you get to see the report. Now, on THAT report If you move your mouse over the pie charts under "Time Management" area, you will see the time for BOTH correct and incorrect questions. Looking at pdf of ESR you only see the avg time of both correct and incorrect questions. This correct/incorrect time split would be able to help you figure out how much time you took on wrong question.

For example: Q49 : In both first & last set, you got 6/7 correct. so if you move your mouse over the red part in the pie chart you will know how much time you spent on that one wrong question in both sets. Figure out whether you messed up on time because of wrong questions only or you spend lot of time on correct questions.

You have 3 ESRs and timing issue in all (mostly in verbal), so little lookup over the time management should bring out a new perspective of your performance.

Thank you so much for reviewing my ESRs. I just thought the best strategy is to spend more time (if required) on the first 10 questions since getting a question wrong towards the end of the test is better. The other ESRs uploaded by other users tell the same story. But I guess I spent TOO much time xD.
I appreciate your feedback! =)

Spending a bit more time in the first 10 question is good if that helps you avoid silly mistakes. But if you take too much time then it will surely cause issues at the end and will hurt your score. The average time for verbal questions is 1 min 50 secs. If you want to give some more time for the first 10, then IMO you can take up to 2 min or 2 min 10 secs on an average. That's it. So maximum 21 minutes for the first 10 questions, instead of the 18 minutes average time for it. Ideally you should never be more than 3 minutes beyond the average time. You took about 2 min 33 secs for the first 10 in your last attempt. So that was about 7 minutes beyond the average time after 10 questions!!

You can see my below post and the related discussions for more details.

Timing is not your primary issue. Despite having ample time in the first half of the Verbal section, you still did not achieve a very high level of accuracy. I would focus on answering questions correctly before worrying about time.
