Hey Kana162,
I listed all of the classes I took that fell under the categories they mentioned, even though they were already listed on my transcript. I'd say list as many as you can, my impression is that they want to make sure you've actually taken one and this is a short list so they don't have to go back to your transcript. Also some schools might name a course something like "business numbers" but really it's an accounting class and you can't tell from the title.

Hi All,
Can some one please help on the second point? Do we need to enter the company details twice/multiple times for every position? No of promotions question makes me wonder whether its required.

I'm going to put the information in twice for my two positions. I have no confirmation as to which way they prefer, but I'm sure either way is fine as long as your career path is clear.
