My GMAT score is 680 and I have 2+ experience in IT company. Can anyone please suggest which US college should I apply to. Also, will McCombs, Fisher University, WP Carey be ambitious choices?

The schools that you mentioned are not very ambitious given the fact that your profile supports it. So detail of your profile will be required to make any specific suggestion here.
