It seems to have started in Bangalore. Had 2 questions. The GMAT offline exam pattern remains the same as before right? In terms of Quant , verbal , IR and AWA? And also are we allowed to use the test center provided scratch pads like before?

Hi ssubram,

Yes - as of right now, the Exams being administered at the Testing Facilities will be the same as before (and you will be using a pen/pad supplied by the Facility). There will likely be some additional 'social distancing' rules though (for when you arrive, enter/exit the Computer Lab and during the Exam).

You get a dry erase marker and some laminated sheets during the In person test. The test center provides those for you and collects them when you leave for the break or at the end of the test.
