GMAT Prep Mock Test Skipped my Quant Section. Retake Possible?

Question

I took a GMAT Prep Mock test today. The online system seemed full of glitches. Navigating to the next question cost me around 10-15 seconds on each instance. I ended up running out of time on verbal and barely guessed the last 5 questions. But this was not the worst part. The software skipped my entire Quant section altogether. I could attempt only 1 question on Quant and the system went to IR straight away after that. The Scoreboard displayed a V39 Q6 and I am definitely not that bad in quant. :D

Is there any way I can retake my quant section? I was planning to purchase the last 4 mock tests but seeing these glitches made me rethink my decision. Is there any way I can ensure that this doesn't happen again? Or should I go with some other unofficial mocks for purchasing? Please Help!

PS- The only silver lining was my V39 Score which hit very close to my target score on the actual GMAT.

Sorry to hear about your experience with the practice GMAT. You certainly could retake the quant section of your test; however, you may find it more beneficial to take a fresh practice exam, so you can emulate the test-day experience and obtain the most accurate score possible. That being said, you may want to reach out to GMAC to troubleshoot the issues you are having before committing to another full-length practice exam.

Finally, I was able to attempt a GMATPrep mock that went through without a hitch. I purchased the Pack 3-6 today and attempted a mock. Either GMAC improved the system or the paid tests are better-sourced.

PS- I hit a 760 (V41Q50) & IR8 this time. It seems that the lagging played a major role in ruining my scores earlier.
