Hi BB,
No response from GMAC yet. the only reason for getting this software running is because I purchased EP1 and 2 in March and they do not work on online mode.
Not sure what can be done. Any help is really appreciated.

You're probably not going to get a response from them anytime soon, and I don't think they have any systems in place to help you.
There was
an offer to replace codes that had been purchased recently (between Jan 16, 2018 and April 15, 2018 and the request had to be sent to
[email protected] by May 11, 2018). I suggest you drop them an email requesting replacement codes. They may decide to help out. While you're at it, mention that the GMATPrep software doesn't work anymore and just gives a message saying that it is unable to reach the authentication servers. I think they should take that into consideration.
