Got a score of 700 (Q49, V35), but with a low score of 4 on the IR. Was always keen on applying to a European school, but a low score means I am left with little hope on that front. Please suggest if I can still make it to an good European school (maybe IESE) or should I shift my focus to Asian schools (ISB or NUS). Although I am reappearing for the GMAT this weekend, I don't think I can pull off an improvement on my previous score.

700 is a great score for European Business school.
I don't think what precludes you from not applying to IESE, Esade,IE,Oxford,Cambridge, HEC and insead too.
There are other schools as well that have a lower GRE/GMAT requirement and you are way above that.

Take these results with a grain of salt, as every person is going to be different, but don't let your score hold you back from a school you want to apply to; a 700 is a good score!
