Hi,
One of the target schools I applied to has asked me to re-appear for the test! I committed them the Test date to be around 31st January! However, I have to travel from the office for around 15 days to Dubai around January 20th. Can I take the GMAT from another country with an Indian passport?

You should be able to take the test in another country. I did back in the day ... back back in the day as the test centers in my country had no spots for my dates ...
