I think it would be awesome if you can prepare for two. There have been reports of having two MSR’s but that’s an edge case usually. So 80% of the cases seems to be one and only 20% is 2.

this is relief Also - since I have you here - if I were to reset my gmat club tests - will I get new questions - or same ones - like do they work like mba.com tests

There’s no hard rule that there’s only one or two MSR’s. It is random. The order of the questions is also random. So some people have reported getting for reading comprehension passages in a row which is pretty insane, especially once you reach passage three or four it may seem like it’s never ending. That’ll definitely mess with your timing in your head, but that’s what you should be ready is for the unexpected so to speak. And if you can plan for that expected, you’ll get a much stronger score

I finished all - and I have been preparing for 1 year - call me a slow learner - but I have covered a journey from lower 550s to maybe 620s - I know not a proud score but I have been keeping up with a demanding boss too and some emotional turmoil ?

Thank you for the question. We should probably change our reset feature. We had much longer than mba.com but it works differently than they’re paid tests. I don’t know the point of their reset, it doesn’t really make sense why won’t you just give two tests but that’s beyond the point perhaps. Anyway, if you reset the question bank, it will mark all the questions as unattempted, which will result in repeats. Resetting is usually only helpful if you have taken a long break in your preparation or you’ve blown through questions and you want to retake them or don’t mind repeat ones but usually it’s not helpful for most people. It’s not about the final score but really the improvement.

GMAT favors fast and intensive preparation so spending 3 to 4 months and the structured study plan tend to deliver much better results. I know it is hard to get there for some jobs and maintain your relationship at work which you will need for letters of recommendation but the ideal time schedule is compact because the test is based on a lot of subtleties and nuance which is hard to keep in your head for a long time
