That’s definitely true. I usually do write something down then the passage get suppper dense and I can’t keep it all in my head for later. But my handwriting and micro decisions with how to represent info concisely and accurate get in the way of timing. I suppose that’s a practice thing - give I have like 5 days, I don’t think I can get comf enough with it.
With your score, you do not need to take notes. I came from a lowly Verbal score, so I had to pull out all the hacks I could and every point counted, so if I could bump it up a bit with notes, I took notes. If I could get it higher by reading upside down, I would even do that

(we did have a guy who read the passages backwards and it supposedly worked for him really well).... GMAT Prep is a very personal thing (something that works for one, does not always work for the other),
Dream009, you need to make sure you are very self-aware in what works for you.
Your CR timing can be tightened if you are looking for more time. If you answer the question in your own words, it tends to work faster on medium/easy questions rather than elimination method/etc but it does not look like you need any help and I would definitely not change anything if things are working well.
