May 12 is the deposit due date for the final round of Goizueta admits, according to the website. Does it mean that the Adcom is going to start looking at the WaitListed candidates now (post May 12) based on the response received?

I am planning to apply to Round3. Is Round 3 of Goizuetta similar to Round 3 of other mba schools? Or is it more like Round 2 of other mba schools?
Do my chances of admit get drastically low if I apply for Round 3?
