Undergrad in engineering in india
major:electronics and communication
GMAT:720
GPA:
freshman:6.8 out of 10
sophomore:8 out of 10
junior :8 out of 10
ECs:Interns at DRDO(the indian defence org) and another prestigious college
What are my chances of getting into the harvard 2+2 program? Will my low gpa of freshman yr affect my chances?
Also are my internships inadequate or any other experience would have been useful?
Or any other suggestions...

You have a chance at 2+2 if you can show leadership, initiative, and innovation in your activities in college. I can't tell from your post if you have those qualities or not. Your grades are good and I don't think your freshman year is a deal-killer. But lack of the the qualities I mentioned would kill your chances at 2+2.
