bb sir how to cancel forum2.0 quiz subscription
i have trying the link but its not working its showing Active until: September 29, 2022, 6:00 am
only
then i visited close my account option there i found cancel my subscriptrion
however cicking that link is everytime showing

An error has occurred. No billing(s) are canceled
i been trying continuously


pls help

Hi Bunuel,

I cancelled my forum quiz subscription 3 days ago and it did not show any error message. Now my card has got debited with the amount, please help me cancel my subscription. I'd request a refund too since I had cancelled in time.

Hi. No Problem. I have issued you a refund. It will take 5 or so business days for it to reach you.
P.S. Looks like you have already canceled your subscription but it seems it happened after the billing date. Either way, you wont' be charged again.
