When j is equal to 3 we will have the least posible value of 2

|19-7J| represents the distance between 19 and 7J on the number line. Now, the distance will be minimized when 7J, which is multiple of 7, is closest to 19. Multiple of 7 which is closest to 19 is 21 (for J=3), so the least distance is 2: |19-21| = 2.

When J $$= 2$$

$$7$$J $$= 7 * 2 = 14$$

$$|19-7$$J$$| = |19-14| = |5| = 5$$

When J $$= 3$$

$$7$$J $$= 7 * 3 = 21$$

$$|19-7$$J$$| = |19-21| = |2| = 2$$

Therefore LEAST possible value of $$|19-7$$J$$| = 2$$

For the value of |19 - 7J| to be , 7J should take a value close to 19. Using J=3, we get 2 as the lowest value.

We need to find a value of |19-7J| that is closest to zero.

When J = 2, |19-7J| = |5| = 5.

When J = 3, |19-7J| = |-2| = 2.

Thus, the least possible value of |19-7J| is 2.

In such questions, value of variable "J" is a trap that can be seen in answer choice C,

Look for a multiple of 7 nearest to 19. It is 21.

Therefore |19-21| = 2

Absolute(19-7(2))=5
Absolute(19-7(0))=19
Absolute(19-7(3))=2 -----Ans
