Can someone please guide me with this, I am planning to apply in round 3, but no slots are available before 2nd dec and the last date to apply is 6th dec, will it be possible to apply without the official score card if it’s not received by 6th dec?

you can very well apply with the score card printout, you will get on the day of the exam. Avoid GMAT online since the score generally takes 10-15 days to actually come up. Anyway, check out the guidelines in the IIM A website.
