Hey Guys and pgpexclass2020,

In the Application form, I have the following queries

1. Current Job Description & Past Job Description
(Please give a description of your exact job, including nature of work, major responsibilities, etc.)

- Is there any format for the above?
- If I have multiple jobs in the past, then should I add details of all my previous companies under "Past Job Description"

2. While adding details of my previous employers, there is a place to add "Role" . Doesn't this overlap a little with the "Current Job Description"
& "Past Job Description"

This is my first comment here, so please bear with the formatting errors (if any)...Still exploring.



For the JD - Current and Past, just use your own formatting and ensure that it is legible on the review section before you submit the application.
I have used bullets for separate past experiences for all my previous employers and then mentioned the responsibilities for each employer in brief.

#Employer 1 - Role 1.1
- JD 1.1
Role 1.2
- JD 1.2
#Employer 2 - Role 2.1
- JD 2.1
....




For the next section (Job Role) - I have mentioned the achievements that I had for each employer.
Role: XYZ
Achievements: 1. Achievement-1
2. Achievement-2
....
