-7.5 < x < 2.5
-1.5 < y < 4.5

x and y will be integers, so:
-7 < x < 2
-1 < y < 4

the cases where x can be negative are {-7, -6, -5, -4, -3, -2, -1} which is 7/10 cases
the only case where y can be negative is{-1} which is 1/6 cases

probability = 7/10 * 1/6 = 7/60
