as you may know, INSEAD recommends achieving at least a score of 6 in the IR section.
Although GMAT is only part of the admissions criteria and your score of 5 does not automatically disqualifies you, I would recommend you to give it another try and increase not only your IR score, but your total score as well.
You seem to have a strong profile, but the Indian applicant pool is extremely competitive, and a total score of 700 might put you in a bit of disadvantage.
As soon as you have your new score, contact the school to let them know.

--Thank you Alex! My inmediate goal after the MBA is to work in a top consulting firm such as Mckinsey or BCG. I am not engaged to extra-professional activities right now, except for playing with my football team on weekends and skiing whenever I can. It has been difficult to reconcile the hours working in consulting and the preparation of the GMAT with more activities..
I have already applied to INSEAD in its R1 for Jan'19 intake. I will keep my fingers crossed.

If you can manage to take it-- it can only help-- but many schools still don't pay that much attention to IR as it is newer and the overall score carries more weight. For your pool of applicants from India-- a 700 is not a slam dunk as it is a pretty crowded space there-- so if you are able to bump up the overall GMAT while bumping the IR that might even do you more good.
Best wishes-- and if you don't get any improvement you still could be in the running if all else in your application is strong.If you for some reason are not accepted-- we do offer a ding analysis -- since most schools will not do this-- and we can help look at your entire application holistically and give you a sense of where you can improve for a future application. But sending you super best wishes that this is not necessary and that you are going to 1) get in and 2) if you retake GMAT and IR-- rock it!
