Ya looks like. I think the first deposit deadline must be after Xmas(Assuming 4weeks after the decision notification). If it is so, we will have to wait until the new year at the least!

That means most of the R1 guys have accepted INSEAD, may be we will see some movement by next weekend along with R2 results! :?

How many places does this leave for R2, R3 and R4???

What is your guess guys? Is it going to be 200+200 for R1 and R2 like previous rounds leaving behind 50+50 for R3 and R4?
Or can the mix be different?

I sincerely hope that the number of applicants is proportionately less in the latter rounds as actually expected by INSEAD.

wonhok: Do these numbers include the candidates that declined the offer as well? On a fair assumption that INSEAD has offered admit to 200 candidates in R1, 197 offer acceptances seem too good to be true. Or I must be missing something here.

Given this was the count after the first deposit deadline, we must assume that all 197 intend to matriculate.

Yield was probably way lower, but INSEAD can call WL candidates at any time. It's wholly possible that people we are not aware of have been tapped to convert from the WL to reach 197.
