Not sure if this is entirely accurate, but activity on the forum suggests there were many more people accepted than usual, which may play into our favor with a short waitlist with R2. Let's stay optimistic.

This Sep'15 waitlist thread seems rather peculiarly dormant. Makes me wonder! Are all the hopes dead? Can someone please post the latest numbers for Chinese and Indians? Thanks.

I would guess the admit figures have crossed 500. So are you sending any updates? Have you asked your AO about being considered for Jan intake?

From what I have seen on older threads some have been admitted as late as the end of July but mostly around mid-June. Have you been admitted anywhere else?

I heard of a guy who started at INSEAD and one week into the program got off the waitlist to wharton and left the program. Unfortunately i only applied to INSEAD. I haven't sent any updates yet im thinking next week as they review the files on a monthly basis. I dn't think it really matters, its more a diversity thing now. My problem is i don't think my job would permit me to go in January otherwise i would have differed. Do you have any idea how many people approx there coud be on the WL

Job? Why... Are you sponsored by your company? I don't know the latest numbers but from what I saw last the total admits were above 500.. That's not very encouraging.

Said yes to Wharton after joining INSEAD huh...must have lost a lot of money. I don't know about the waitlist numbers. I can't even make a guess because from what I've read schools adopt different WL policies. Cornell is known to have a huge list but only very few make it. INSEAD in a 2007 interview with Acccepted.com mentions that they usually keep a short WL. But define "short" you know!!
