Hi
McViey,
Your profile seems good for Stern. 730 is a good score and your non-engineering background should help you. On the surface, your work-ex looks great with the name of EY in your profile and then you started your own firm. Let me tell you this, GMAT is an important aspect but contrary to the popular opinion, it can not be a deal-breaker. If you have a strong profile and a stronger application, you are good to go. We have candidates with scores in the range of 600s who got into LBS. Try reading this
low gmat success story, it may help you get a better perspective. So, if you have a strong application to present, you really stand a great chance at Stern. If you'd like, we are happy to hop on a call with you to discuss your profile at length and try to guide you better. Feel free to
book a free session with us as per your convenience.
Cheers!
