Please evaluate my profile for ISB. I came here from the Youtube Q&A with ISB.
Age: 28 years
Academia:
Graduation: Completed B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from West Bengal University of technology in 2015 with 8.22 GPA.
XII th: secured 91% with Computer Science stream from CISCE Board in 2011.
X th: secured 90% from CISCE Board in 2009.
Work Experience (5 years):
Started my career at Tech Mahindra and worked as an ERP analyst for 2 years.
Worked at a data analytics startup for around 1.5 years. Also managed juniors and guided projects from design to delivery.
Working as an Assistant Manager in Cloud Operations at a Big 4 firm for 1.5 years now.
Extra-Curriculars:
I love writing and have got published in newspapers and magazines, won competitions and even have one of my stories published in a collection.
I also do photography and have got my works published in different popular magazines and journals and open-source my photos to be used on Wikipedia/Creative Commons.
I also play the guitar and have my own youtube channel.
I organize and help in disaster relief (most recent being the Amphan cyclone relief work). I also do social volunteering, mentoring underprivileged youth.
I also have my own side business, a learning centre for computer science. I manage the marketing, daily operations and finances, and I have teachers to help with the course work.
Goals:
Leverage my learnings at ISB to boost my career to be a part of key decision-makers in the field of technology consulting at my current organization.
Leverage my knowledge of business management from ISB to transform my side business to be self-sustaining and be able to scale up to provide services to an increasing number of students and teachers.
What score range should I target? Currently, my practice mocks are at 640-660 range consistently

2. Ramco Systems (IT Product Industry, MNC) , Position : Functional Consultant (2 years & 3 Months). Domain - Product Management.
3. Accenture (Global IT Service Industry), Position : Software Engineering Analyst (1 year & 8 Months). Domain - Functional Analyst, Developer.

Hi Soumyadeep,
Nice profile. I see career progression and a constant jump in responsibilities and leadership. Now, the challenge when doing the ISB application could be that you focus too much on the technical aspects of your work- My suggestion to you would be to not do that. this year's ISB essay is all about leadership and I feel you will have some good stories to tell from your repertoire, but you will need to carefully pick the relevant leadership details, while leaving the technical details out. For IT engineers, that could be a tough ask, but doing so will separate you from your heavy competition.
I'd also like to get some insight into your post PGP goals.
Your academics are good. Now, don't let the GMAT become a roadblock. A 660 kind of score will make it tough for you, so utilize your time until the GMAT exam date to focus on receiving a 700+ score.
Regarding your ECA's - well there are too many! Sometimes that dilutes their importance. So, I read through the list thinking I will ask you to leave a few out. But, all of them sound interesting. We'll need to see what is the depth of your experience in each of these and decide what makes sense to address in the application.
