It is absolutely possible to get into ISB with low academics and minimal extra-curriculars. This is based on experience of some of my classmates at ISB as well as from the applicants I have mentored to get into ISB over the last 6 years.
However, the picture is not completely rosy. To counter the low Academic scores, you will need to get a GMAT score in excess of 710. Additionally, to compensate for the lack of extra-curriculars, you will need to demonstrate how you have excelled in your professional above and beyond what was expected from you.
Coming from an IT background, you will have to differentiate yourself from the highly competitive pool of Indian Male IT applicants by highlighting the impact of the work you have done, and stating stories that bring out the leadership angle in your profile – it can be as trivial as stating how you wanted to learn more about a certain subject and hence completed an independent certification. Once you became an expert in the subject, you facilitated knowledge sharing and training sessions for others in your team and eventually your entire team developed expertise and started contributing in ways that was initially not part of their regular workstream.

The diversity in your profile stands out and while that will prove to be a major advantage, you still need to put all the pieces in the puzzle together
For starters, in order to put forth a strong application, aim for a GMAT score in excess of 710 and deliberate on why you need an MBA and what you intend to do post the same. Bachelors in pharma: 6.79 CGPA
Certifications: PMP Certified and LSSGB (In progress)
Currently preparing for GMAT and want to know what score will help in clearing ISB.
Is my higher side of the experience is a bottleneck in applying and clearing ISB.
Is my profile really suits for candidacy of ISB.
